"Million Dollar Bill" is a song performed by American R&B and pop recording artist Whitney Houston, from her seventh studio album titled I Look to You which samples R&B singer Loleatta Holloway's "We're Getting Stronger" from Holloway's 1976 debut LP. Houston performed the song live on The X Factor in the UK on Sunday, October 18 the night before the album was released in that territory. Go Natural!

Bigger windows are not just meant for decoration purposes only, they are actually made for some other eco-friendly reasons as well. Some people chose to have bigger windows at home not just to make their house looks wider but also to allow natural light to pass through inside their house.
So what's with this natural light and what makes it Eco-friendly? Business is A Game

As you all know, mom has a small business of her own in which she started last year. So far, everything is doing well with her Small Tamales Business. Tamales is a Mexican dish made from grained rice and peanut and a little bit spicy in taste. This is actually my mom's specialty that she inherited from my grandma's own recipe. The business turned out pretty well until now and she keep on receiving orders here and abroad. She was actually planning to take this more seriously though she's not really sure whether she will lend a big amount of money for her capital or she will just stay as simple as it is now. Just like we know, business is like a game and the luck is not always on your hand.
It is more of taking risk and it is up to you on how brave you are to face it. If it works out, then good for you. All you have to do is to maintain it and apply good marketing strategy to keep your business on tract. But if you failed, then there is a tendency to face the business most critical point which is the Bankruptcy. I'm sure this is the biggest fear of all business owners and they will do all their best just to prevent it from happening. Yes, you can have another chance but if you failed again , then you have to accept the fact that the business that you established is not as attractive as the others. What makes it more devastating is the fact that you are going to pay all your debts, obligations and responsibilities. This is the reason why you have to file Bankruptcy report to save you from paying these debts.
Well this is exactly what my mom is fearing about but then again, business is a game and you have to be prepared whether it will turn out as a success or failure.

Gardening

Guess what? Mom is so fascinated to gardening recently. In fact, she added some planted some seeds in our yard yesterday and she keep her self busy in making our garden a little but more appealing. Most of plants of course are ornamental plants while others are herbal. We all know that Gardening is not an easy task. Remember that Gardening is a science and an art as well. It requires individual and landscapers to have a good observation and skills in designing. They should understand the elements of nature and its construction and then they will blend them accordingly.Landscape designs give more focus on the creative and artistic merits of design. It requires a lot of hard work and patience in order to get a satisfying results. And once you see them grow healthy, that would probably the most rewarding experience ever.
Gardening can't only be done using your bare hands! You need some heavy equipments too like the rotary tiller, a soil cultivator.
Aside from the Rotary tiller, you might need a blade brush cutter too to cut those huge and unwanted grass that ruins your landscape. This and other equipments are very necessary to make your lawn or your garden more appealing.
However, buying these equipments requires a lot of your savings. You also need a big space to store them. If your lawn is not wide enough to occupy such equipments then better rent them in some place like that Rental Equipment Portland in Oregon. Here, you do not have to worry where the hell you will store them and you do not have to think of the big amount of money since you do not have to pay the full cost of that item.

Live-In or Marriage?

Live-In or Marriage? This has been a non-dying argument whether what should come first. Actually, this one is a case to case basis. Most of the couple ended up to be broken or separated due to some reasons like they realized that they are not really meant for each other, they found out something unlikely or unpleasant attitude that they didn't noticed before they got married so for others, Live in first is kinda advisable. I think this is also a great way to prepare themselves in case they plan to marry soon. But don't you think this kind of relationship shows a sign of irresponsibility for both couple?
Personally, I'll go for Marriage. I think almost all of us are dreaming to be married a someday. For me, it is more than just formality. It is more than just the contract. For me it is sacred and something that bind the two of you together.
This is the reason why most people treat this as one of the most special events on their life. Some of them celebrate it in a very luxurious way since they want to make it very remarkable. Though let us keep in mind that wedding is more than just a celebration. It is a stepping stone for both of you as husband and wife. It doesn't have to be that festive and luxurious in fact the Weddings Vancouver WA has are simple yet stunning and remarkable. The places where the wedding ceremonies are being held are so great. You can check their site at http://www.avalonevents1.com and see what am i talking about. They also have some cool wedding packages available for couples and they will surely make your wedding extra special without costing you that much.
Anyway, how about you guys. We all have different opinion and i want to hear yours. Are you into live-in or Marriage?

Korean Dramas

Yikes! What's wrong with me? Why am i so addicted to Korean Drama series lately. Last week, we just finished watching "Temptation of Wife" on DVD and now, i am up to something again. Why am i acting like this? What makes these drama series so attractive for me? Well, i guess it is because of their unique story! They are so original and simply incomparable to other drama series unlike our own dramas that are mostly copied or based from someone else work. That is a big shame you know! It's about time that we should come up with something unique, something that we can be very proud of and something that can showcase our culture and make us so proud to be Pinoy. Anyway, right now i am another Korean Drama entitled " Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctors" starring no other than Jang Seo-hee. Yes! Jang Seo-hee is the same actress who played the role of Angeline Goo in the hit drama series "Temptation of Wife". She really looks different here and she's very stunning as well. Well, what makes me so attracted to this story is because of my passion in medicine. As what the title of the drama series suggests, the story revolves around Seo Hye Young, a talented and determined obstetrician who has just transferred from the prestigious Seoul base to the branch hospital. Her straightforward manner of handling her professional life is in contrast with her love life, which is marred by her relationship with a married man.
What makes this show more attractive to me is that it shows the different side of people working in a hospital. We used to see them being pressured, stress and serious but there's really so many wonderful things to know more about our beloved nurses and doctors. Here, we can see their funny and romantic sides. This makes me so excited about my upcoming OJT. It must have been fun! I am so excited to wear one of those nursing scrubs. I wonder if this scrub clothing also comes up with a wide variety of stylish and fashionable designs like what other clothing lines has.
But of course, it is not just about nursing uniforms right? I will do my best to become an effective and productive health care employee in the future. I will study hard and earn high grades so that i can prove myself that i am Nurse and i can wear those uniforms confidently!

WHEN YOU BELIEVE ~ WHITNEY HOUSTON AND MARIAH CAREY

"When You Believe" is an Academy Award-winning song by American recording artists Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. The song was written and composed by Stephen Schwartz for the 1998 DreamWorks animated feature The Prince of Egypt. A version of "When You Believe" was produced as a single with additional music by writer-producer Babyface for the film's soundtrack album. Additionally, the song was featured on Houston's fourth studio album, My Love Is Your Love and Carey's first compilation album, Number 1's. The song was described as a big ballad, with meaningful and inspirational lyrics, describing the ability each person has to achieve miracles when they reach out to God and believe. The song received generally mixed reviews from contemporary music critics. "When You Believe" experienced moderate success on the US Billboard charts, peaking at only number fifteen on the Hot 100, despite heavy media attention and live promotion. The song however, achieved strong charting throughout Europe and other worldwide regions, peaking within the top five in Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Due to strong single sales in Europe and the US, the song was received various certification awards throughout many major music markets. "When You Believe" was awarded the Academy Award for Best Original Song at the 71st annual ceremony on March 21, 1999. Prior to their performance of the song that night, Schwartz left Babyface's name off the nomination submission sheet. He felt that because the additions Babyface added to the song weren't featured in the actual film version, he didn't deserve writing credits. However, while Babyface did not receive the Oscar, Carey and Houston performed his version of the song, because they were more familiar with it than the one in the film. Prior to their performance at the Academy Awards, they sang it on November 26, 1998 on The Oprah Winfrey Show, promoting the song, as well as both their albums.

Being a Call Center Agent

As all you know, i am previously working as a call center agent and this photo above is exactly where i take in calls and do my best to resolved their concerns. I am really missing my colleagues and i wonder if they are still working on that company or they were transferred to another employer. I gave up this job because i can't handle the stress on working in a graveyard shift and i can't also take any irate callers any more. I know that is a sign of being so unprofessional. I know that my supervisor always remind us not to take calls personally no matter how irate the customers are or how much they yell on us or how much they humiliated our personality. These things made me resign my job. I know i am highly compensated here compare to the other companies that i have worked with but i really have no choice and i have to follow my heart and besides, it is not about the money after all, it's all about the passion and it is very important that you love what you are doing.
Anyway, i'm always wondering how multi millionaire the owners of this kind of industry. Knowing that we are receiving good salary from them and we received a lot of benefits and bonuses too. These companies might be earning so well from this business and i wonder how much capital did they lend to make this business running. Take note that they have to provide each agents a cubicle, a computer set, and more! And we all know how expensive those computers are and also the software that will run the entire telecommunication system. Don't you think they started having this business by simply renting equipments from a Equipment Leasing company at the beginning and purchased them later? It is not impossible! I have heard a lot of business doing the same thing. I also heard how in demand this service is nowadays. You can check http://www.snaplease.com to see how exactly this equipment leasing works and see how much it can help you to improve your business.

Way Back Then

Gosh!Is it just me? I'm feeling so old today! I was browsing some of my old photos in my Facebook account when all of a sudden i found this funny picture of me and my cousin Ichan.Look how adorable he is way back then. We used to spend some time together playing our favorite toys. I remember he used to play his favorite toy robot and her mom used to buy her with some cool kiddie stuffs as well.
And now look how mature he is! He just graduated from HighSchool last week and they are inviting me to attend the after-party celebration this coming Friday. Yikes! I should give him something special since it's been awhile since we last met. And the worst, i can't give him kiddie stuffs anymore. He's way too old to play toys and he will not be able to appreciate such gifts. This is a big challenge to me and i should come up with something better. Since Ichan is not that kid that I used to play with anymore, maybe i can buy something appropriate for his age.
A gadget maybe? I saw some cool ipods online but the price is not really amusing and it's gonna ruined my monthly budget. Well unless i get Payday Advance loan right? I need to buy something special for him and something that he can treasured like Ipod! Most teenagers today are so hooked with this gadget so definitely, this is the best thing i can ever offer to him. And since i only have 3 more days left, i better get the loan from a lending company that offers No Fax Payday Loan! You'll get approved here in an instant and it is really advisable for someone who is in need of a fast cash like me! Will buzz more about the party and will share some photos too so watch out for it.

Her Business Plan

I have heard that my cousin Jenny is planning to start a small business. She gave up her job to focus more on her family especially now that she just gave birth to her very first baby girl. Her hubby is now working abroad and the one who support them financially, however, i know my cousin Jenny a lot! She's a workaholic She's been working in that previous company for almost ten years and she has unbreakable working experience and achievements from it already and I know for sure that she will not give up her work as easy as like that, I'm sure sh'll find ways to keep her self busy again. And i am so right about it! She's now planning to start this small catering business nearby her house and she's planning to take it seriously. It might be a new field for her but I now she can do this job very effectively. However, there is only one problem! She is now facing a financial problem after being scammed by an investment company 2 years ago which resulted for series of unpaid debts. They managed to pay them all after finding a good companies for both of them. However, this issue left a bad credit history on their account, making it hard for them to apply for any small or personal loans.
Though i have heard that there are lending companies that offer installment loans and loans for bad credit. This kind of loan will allow them to borrow money from a lending company despite of having bad credit history on their account. My cousin Jenny is very eager to start this new business and i will definitely recommend her this personal loans for bad credit to help her out with her business plans. And knowing that her hubby is now working abroad and is now receiving stable income, I'm sure she can pay this loan with no ease.

Gardening

Gardening is not as easy as counting numbers. It takes a lot of hard work and patience before you end up in a good garden landscape. If you want to take Gardening seriously, then you should start first by planning. Layout your design and draw how much do you want your garden to look like. After the drawing, then it is your turn now to buy all the things that you need including the gardening tools, the plants and some cool outdoor designs.
We do not have a wide space in our house that's why we just ended up on having a small garden but the space is good enough to accommodate some plants and trees. I just wish we have wider space than what we have now so that we can experiment more with our garden designs. Can you imagine a wide garden with so many wonderful topiary being displayed around, a garden filled with colorful flowers, decorated with cute gnomes and a garden with stunning bird baths? Not to mention the amazing fountain on the center.Well, that is actually my dream garden though i realized how hard would it be to maintain such huge garden like that. It will require me for sure to hire something like that Landscape Vancouver Wa maintenance services. It would be hard and stressing to maintain a huge landscape alone that's why you need someone to maintain it for you. Someone who is trained for this kind of field and someone who is professional who can provide you a very satisfying result.
Having a properly maintained garden is like stepping on a paradise which can take all your stresses away.

The Role of A Kitchen

For Someone who spend most of her time in the kitchen like my mom, i'm sure you also treat Kitchen as one of the most important places in your life. Mom loves to cook a lot and she loves to experiment so many dishes too. Our Kitchen seems to be a part of her everyday life already.
She always serves delicious , tempting and irresistible dishes to us and i guess it's time for us to bring back the courtesy by doing something great for her favorite hangout place, our kitchen!
Yup! We already talked to our dad about this. We are planning to do some makeover to her kitchen and try to make it more appealing than ever.Currently, we are using Ceramic tiles as a finishing material for both our lavatory and kitchen countertop. Even our floors are made out of Ceramic Tiles finishing. If you can just look closer to it, you will see some cracks on some tiles. Ceramic tiles are too sensitive because whenever a strong force is applied, it cracks easily. Someone told us to use granite or marble instead. They are quite expensive but the quality of them are much greater than what ceramic tiles can give.
I've been hearing a lot of good things about granite countertops from my blogger friends too.
Well, we are planning to start the renovation as early as July and we'll try to give this as a birthday present to her. Woohoo so excited about this. Will buzz more about this soon.
