"Blaze of Glory" is the title of a song written by Danny Morrison, John Thomas Slate, and Larry Keith. It was recorded by American country music artist Kenny Rogers and released in November 1981 as the lead single from the album, Share Your Love. Razzy Bailey originally cut the song to be a single, and right up until the last minute, Kenny Rogers' organization said there were no plans to release his version first. Apparently someone heard Razzy's cut on the song and rushed back to the Liberty Records to tell them it might be a hit. So Rogers' version hit the charts first and Bailey's remained an album cut from Feelin' Right.

Advantages of PEX Tubing

I was just talking about Plumbing problems awhile ago and here comes another interesting and useful topic about it. Pipe leaks is one of the most common problems that every household can face but of course, we have nothing to worry about it since we can always call for an expert plumber to fix the issue right?
An expert plumber can fix this kind of issue in no time. Dealing with a well trusted plumber is one of the major factors that we have to consider, aside from their workmanship, we also have to consider the materials to be used. The higher the quality, the better. I'm sure some of you have heard about the PEX and it's multiple benefits. PEX tubing is pretty in demand today simply because of its many advantages that no other tubing materials can provide. Listed below are few of reasons why you should use PEX tubing.
Durability - Plumbing issues can be very frustrating because no matter how much money you are willing to spend in getting the problem fixed, a new problem always seems to eventually come up. This is the reason why most of us are looking for a highly durable material. Fortunately, PEX tubing has this quality which can last for a very long time.

Easy to install - One of the biggest advantages of PEX tubing is their easy installation process. They are very flexible too. In fact, if you have the skill and the right tools and equipments, you can install them all by yourself too.

Flexible - Since PEX radiant tubing is made out of plastic, it can be very flexible and you can bend it around even there are so many obstruction to the piping passage. The tubes are proven strong and hard and less prone to leakage and other similar damages.

I guess these are right enough reasons to prove to choose PEX tubing over the other materials.

I should have hired a professional plumber

Yesterday, when i was about to take my shower, i was really upset because my faucet in my bathroom is not working again. I really don't have any idea if it's my fault or there is really something wrong with our piping system.
We decided to renovate the bathroom last year and since then, we encounter series of plumbing issues. We always end up asking someone from the neighborhood to fix it up but the problem keeps on coming back. I suspect that maybe it has something to deal with the renovation. We should have contacted a professional Plumber instead of trusting an inexperience ones. And now, as a consequence of hiring an inexperience plumber, we had to pay for repair service over and over again.
And now, since we're planning to remodel the kitchen this coming October, I will definitely gran that opportunity to hire an expert plumber to fix our drainage and plumbing systems. Having plumbing problems like these is extremely inconvenient.
Luckily, we can always call for an expert plumbing service especially during emergency. We just have to make sure that we will be dealing with a well trusted company that will give us nothing but honest and competent service.
Hiring professional plumber is really advisable knowing that these people were trained for this field and they can definitely fix any sort of plumbing problem in no time. From water heaters to sinks, tubs, showers, drains, and everything else in between, these are the works that only professional plumber can do.

It was released in June 1981 as the lead single from Rogers album Share Your Love. The song was first recorded and released as a single in 1978 by Rick Christian himself (the song's writer), but it failed to chart. After the success of that record, Rogers asked Richie to produce his next album, Share Your Love. Although the original plan was for Richie to write all the songs for Rogers' forthcoming album, the two men agreed to accept songs they both liked for the project which had been written by others. "I Don't Need You", written by Rick Christian, was one of those songs.Chosen as the lead single, "I Don't Need You" spent two weeks at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in August 1981. It remained atop the latter chart for six weeks in July and August of that year.Rogers has been quoted describing "I Don't Need You" as "...still to this day one of my favorite songs", although he admitted that "I don't think I ever met Rick Christian, the guy who wrote it."

Rogers was also a featured vocalist on "We Are the World," co-written by Richie. Lionel also covered the song on his 1998 album, Time. Collecting Gold Coins

Are you guys fond of collecting old coins? How about those gold bullion coins? Do you keep any of those so called "American Gold eagles" or the gold "maple leaf" coins? Well, my uncle does but I'm not sure if it's really an American gold eagle and I'm not sure if he's keeping it for collection purposes or he's planning to sell them in the near future.
Collecting gold coins is a great investment indeed. It's more like keeping or collecting vintage cars too because both their value gets higher and higher as time goes by.
Now the thing here is how are you going to sell the gold coins? Are you gonna do it the old way where in you will go directly to the company to exchange your bullion for cash? Or are you going to take the modern and the faster way which is through online firms.
There are many ways on how you can sell gold or sell silver online. There are websites that will allow you to advertise your coin and will give you a chance t attract possible buyers. You can also sell them through some reputable auction sites, however, if you are not an experienced seller yet, then better take the most convenient method which is to sell them directly to a website that buys gold and silver commodities. The process is very simple and hassle free, it can save much of your time too since most of the transaction will be done online. However, if you're going to choose this method, then better choose the right site. Make sure it's reputable. honest and offer good deals and rates for your golds.
The Silver and Gold Exchange is definitely the best place for you. They met all the standards that will prove to you that you are in good hands. Check them at http://www.silverandgoldexchange.com and see how the system works.
have a great day guys and happy blogging to all.

Cleaning the Gutters

We just had our roof fixed last week and we also grabbed that opportunity to clear off our gutters. Cleaning gutters is really necessary to prevent rotting of the of roof. It could be risky especially if you have trees near you. The branches, twigs and leaves from that tree may stock or clog inside the gutters, preventing the water to flow. If you failed to clean the gutters, it can lead to a major issues and problems that will cost you a lot.
Most of us never pay attention to our gutters since non of us are willing to do such a hassle and risky chore. But we are not aware how worst the situation can be if we continuously ignore such major issue. I understand the fact that this is a task that cannot be done by everyone. It is such a manly house chore and can only be done by someone who has the skill and experiences in such field.
This is the reason why we get Gutter Cleaning services. Leaving the job to the experts has always been the most practical and the best option you can do.
They can help you out in cleaning your gutters in no time. It can be hassle free too!
In fairness with gutter cleaning, we only have to clean the gutters at least 3 to 4 times a year so hiring experts will not be that expensive knowing that you will receive a high quality of work from them.

Holiday Preparation

Let us admit that sometimes, we have what we called unexpected expenses which may include hospitalization, due bills, and other related stuffs. This is something that we cannot prevent and we will all come to this point unless you were born as wealthy as Paris Hilton LOL.
Anyway, we usually encounter unexpected expenses during the Holiday season which will arrive very soon. Take note that August is about to end and we know that time run so fast.
We will have series of holidays to come including Christmas and New Years Day and Oh my 23rd birthday as well which will be held on the 27th of December. It's a triple celebration indeed and that is something I am really worrying about.
I just wish my budget is right enough to cover up all the expenses and I'm that there will be no other unexpected expenses to arrive.
Luckily I do not have any bad credit history and I can still apply for any loan with no ease since my record is quite good. Actually even if i have bad credit history, i still have nothing to worry knowing that there are companies today that offer Loan For People With Bad Credit. We should be grateful to have them and we can still ask for financial support in times when we need tham that bad.

COWARD OF THE COUNTRY ~ KENNY ROGERS

"Coward of the County " is the title of a song written by Roger Bowling and Billy Ed Wheeler and recorded by American country music artist Kenny Rogers. It was released in November 1979 as the second single from the album, Kenny. The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart, number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and number one on the UK pop chart. It was the most recent traditional country music song to hit number one in the UK, in February 1980.

A story-song, "Coward of the County" tells the story of a young man named Tommy. When Tommy is 10 years old, his father "dies in prison." Tommy and his uncle (portrayed by Rogers in the role of narrator) come to see him for the last time, and Tommy's father makes him promise not to fight when provoked if at all possible, and that to "turn the other cheek" is not automatically a sign of weakness. This earns Tommy a reputation as the "Coward of the County" (as the song's title states) as he never stands up for himself. Tommy is in love with a girl named Becky, who loves him without him having to "prove he is a man". One day, while Tommy is out working, the three "Gatlin boys" — the villains of the piece — attack and rape Becky. When Tommy returns home and finds Becky hurt, he is forced to choose between upholding his promise to his father or avenging the crime that is committed against the love of his life. In the climax of the story, Tommy goes to the local bar where the Gatlin boys hang out. At first, it appears that Tommy will uphold his promise after being laughed at by the Gatlin boys as he turns towards the door (after "one of them got up and met him halfway 'cross the floor"). However, he has done so in order to lock it, and there is deathly silence in the bar at the realization of what this implies, before "20 years of crawlin'" ends in an explosive fight that leaves all three Gatlin boys unconscious or worse on the barroom floor. Tommy then addresses the spirit of his dead father, saying that while he did his best to avoid trouble, he hopes the dead man's ghost understands that "Sometimes you gotta fight when you're a man."

Crossing genres, Willie Nelson's recording of "Blue Skies" was a #1 country music hit in 1978. It was a major western swing and country standard already in 1939, by Moon Mullican, and in 1962 by Jim Reeves."Blue Skies" is one of many popular songs whose lyrics use a "Bluebird of happiness" as a symbol of cheer: "Bluebirds singing a song -- Nothing but bluebirds all day long."

My Ideal House

We all want the best for our house and as much as possible we want it to look more appealing than ever. I'm not sure if you guys care about the kind of finishing you have in your house but as for me, i'm really aiming to have a nice finishing. They said that a house reflects the personality of the its owner and i do believe on that. Your visitors, whether we like it or not, will somehow judge you simply by looking at your house. Well, I know you should not be so affected by their criticism knowing that it's your house and they have nothing to do with it. But receiving compliments from them is such a great feeling, don't you think?
And besides, you're also the once who can benefit from it. Who among us will refuse to live in a nice place. I want to have an ambiance that will suit my taste and my personality as well. I do not stay so often in the kitchen knowing that i'm not into cooking and the only thing i know how to cook are fried dishes and boiled eggs (hahaha what a shame)
But if I'm going to renovate the room, i would love to have a nice and glossy kitchen countertops. I'm sure my mom will become more motivated about it and in return, she will cook all her specialties since the kitchen will give him more inspiration.
Anyway, I better start saving now so that I can have my ideal house in the near future.

Ignorance is not an Excuse

Oh this is great. I can't Imagine that I'm commuting again. Well, it's my fault and I should have brought the car to an auto repair shop much earlier. You wouldn’t dare to ride on a bus when you’re here in our place! The traffic is terribly irritating. It took me almost 3 hours just to reach the office compare to the one and a half hour driving using my car. Well buses usually have their own route… and you have no choice but to deal with even though it will took most of your time.Well, you can't blame them, they have to earn and they need a lot of passengers in order to do that.
So what happened to my car? Well, it all started in some sort of engine failures but since i thought it was just okay and it was just a minor issue, i just left it as is but i never thought that my ignorance will brought bigger disaster. My engine suddenly stop working and I'm clueless on what's the main issue was. And since my car don't have insurance yet, i have to pay for all the repairs...sigh.
Good thing I managed to find an auto repair shop near my place. So i called them to pick up my car and to ask them for the repair. Unfortunately, they can't fix the car over night. They explained the reason to me but I can't understand any single word from them since i really don't know anything about cars. Hahah I just know how to drive and that's all.
I'm not sure if they're reliable or not but I hope the service they have will be the same as the service offered at ChazAuto, they are known for being the best Auto Repair Shop in Oregon and hopefully I will receive the same quality but for the meantime, i have no choice but to commute and bear with the heavy traffic.. :(

How to Find the Right Auto Repair Shop?

Diagnosing the issue is probably one of the hardest parts of auto repair since you have to check every single detail to know where exactly the trouble is. This is the reason why we have to let the expert do it. First of all, they are well trained in this kind of field, they have the experience and the skills to be able to diagnose the issue of your car in no time and fix it satisfactorily as well.
But of course, before taking your car into any auto repair shop, make sure that the shop is reputable, providing nothing but honest and competent service. So how are we going to do that?
Better get recommendations form family and friend. They sure know a place where to bring your car. The fact that they are recommending it to you means that they already tried the service and they are satisfied with it's quality.
If you failed to get any recommendations, then search the company online. There are numerous sites that provide credible reviews about a certain auto repair shop. They will tell you the quality of their service, the facilities, and how modern the equipments are. These are few of the factors that you have to consider in choosing the right Auto repair shop. You can also compare prices and check their location too.
If you're in Oregon then better search no more because ICR or International Collision Repair is probably the best shop you can go. They are known for being the best Auto Body Repair Portland Shop in Oregon and you surely have no doubt about their service knowing that they have been in this industry for over four decades. Check their site at http://icrautobody.com/ and see how you can reach them.

BLUE EYES CRYING IN THE RAIN ~ WILLIE NELSON

"Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" is a song written by songwriter Fred Rose. Originally performed by Roy Acuff, the song was later recorded by Willie Nelson as part of his 1975 album Red Headed Stranger. Both the song and album would become iconic in country music history, and jump start Nelson's success as a singer and recording artist. (He had thus far been primarily successful as a songwriter for other artists.) Originally recorded in 1945 by Acuff, the song was later recorded by Hank Williams in 1951 for the Mother's Best Flour Hour. Gene Vincent recorded the song on 6 August 1959, the recording being issued on his first stereo album "Crazy Times" in 1960. The song was later recorded by Willie Nelson as part of his concept album, Red Headed Stranger, about a fugitive preacher on the run from the law after killing his wife.Nelson's rendition, wrote country music historian Bill Malone, was "a fine example of clean, uncluttered country music, (with) a spare arrangement that could have come straight out of the 1940s." Rolling Stone noted the song was delivered with his "jazz-style phrasing" and was "the beating heart of Red Headed Stranger."

STAY A LITTLE LONGER ~ WILLIE NELSON

"Stay a Little Longer" is a Western swing dance tune written by Bob Wills and Tommy Duncan. The title comes from a refrain in the chorus:
Stay all night, stay a little longer,
Dance all night, dance a little longer,
Pull off your coat, throw it in the corner,
Don't see why you can't stay a little longer.

The song consists of a number of unrelated verses, one of which (verse three) comes from an old folk song—"Shinbone Alley":

You ought to see my Blue Eyed Sally,
She lives way down on Shinbone Alley.
Number on the gate, the number on the door,
The next house over is the grocery store.

Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys recorded it in 1945 and it reached #3 in 1946. Willie Nelson (#22, 1973) and Mel Tillis (#17, 1982) also charted Top 40 hits. The song has been recorded numerous times.

Trouble With The Cable

Oh God, I'm really having a hard time figuring out where to place this long DSL cable that we have. Ever since after the renovation, all our wirings got messed up and since i have nowhere to place this cable, i just hang it on the ceiling and leave it as is. I know it's not really advisable to place it here especially that it is located near my younger brother's playing area and it's quite risky for him. Actually. it freaked us out one time when we see something sparking on it and we immediately asked help from one of our neighbors to fix it. Well, he covered the wire with electrical tape and advised us to get an expert Electrician to fix all the faulty wiring inside our house. Well, i guess that's the only option we have and we need to contact one as early as possible before it's too late for us to regret. We don't want to cause any danger (or a possible fire) and this is an issue that we should not ignore or else it will cause a major to disaster to our family. I just wish we could find a service similar to that Electrician Portland Service in Oregon. I have heard about the quality of their service and i just hope we can find the same service here in my place.
If you're interested with their service, you can visit them at http://www.oakleyelec.com/ and see what else the site has to offer for you.

LUCILLE ~ KENNY ROGERS

"Lucille" is the title of a song written by Roger Bowling and Hal Bynum, and recorded by Kenny Rogers. It was released in January 1977 as the second and final single from the album Kenny Rogers. It became Rogers' first major hit as a solo artist after leaving the successful Country/Rock group The First Edition the previous year. An international hit, it reached #1 on the Billboard Country Singles chart and #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached the top of the UK singles chart in June 1977, Rogers’ second single to top a sales chart on that side of the Atlantic. The song tells the story of a wife and mother whom the unnamed protagonist (sung from Rogers' point of view) meets at a bar in Toledo, Ohio, and immediately lusts after. It is implied he plies her with drink, and she eventually reveals that she is in a mid-life crisis. The woman's husband enters the bar, and though according to the song, is physically able to do the protagonist harm, he instead emotionally chastises his wife for turning her back on her family and her responsibilities and then leaves quietly. In spite of this, the narrator still has feelings for the woman, and invites her back to his hotel. But as they are about to have sex, he finally gets cold feet, as her husband's words haunt him.

My Ideal Bathroom

What is your ideal bathroom? I'm always dreaming to have a clean and nice-looking bathroom. I know for some of you, bathroom is not a big deal. I know this may sounds weird but every time i visit a friend's house or every time i check in at some hotel whether it's a budget hotel or a luxury one, the first thing that i check as i enter the room is the bathroom. That's really important to me because that is the best way to measure the cleanliness of the entire house. If you find it a bit messy or disgusting, then most likely the personality of the owner is the same LOL. Yup, it sounds funny but it's true. The house itself, in general, reflects the personality of it's owner. I may not have the cleanest bathroom around here but i try to make sure that i will always feel comfortable with it and it really matters to me. What makes a bathroom clean for me? Well of course, i don't want to see some spots on the floor tiles. Also, i want a the toilet bowl to be spotlessly clean too. And also, the most important thing of all, NO UNPLEASANT SMELL coming out from either the sink or the toilet bowl itself.
If there's an unpleasant smell or if there are some dark spots on the floor, then most likely there's a serious plumbing issue that has to be fixed. You should not ignore it or else it will just make the condition worst and you will end up spending a lot of money fixing it.
If you saw these signs, then immediately contact a plumber. Make sure that he's a professional one for a satisfying work.
Getting a professional Plumbing Service is a must. The reason why we have to hire professional plumber is that they can tell where exactly the issue is coming from and they are also well trained in such kind of work.
How about you, what is your ideal bathroom? What is the first thing that you do whenever there's a plumbing issue in your bathroom? Feel free to share your thoughts here.

LAURA (WHAT'S HE GOT THAT I AIN'T GOT) ~ KENNY ROGERS

"Laura (What's He Got That I Ain't Got)" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music singer Leon Ashley. Recorded in 1967 and released on his own Ashley Records label, the song became his only No. 1 single that September. Frankie Laine and Brook Benton took cover versions to the pop and Adult Contemporary charts that year, while Claude King, Marty Robbins and Kenny Rogers charted their own versions on the country charts. The song is told from the perspective of Laura's husband, and depicts a confrontation the two are having regarding an apparently crumbling marriage. In the first verse, the husband has Laura touch, hold and caress various parts of his body, such as his lips, ears, hair and hands. Later, he reminds her of the various things he did for her and gave her during their marriage, such as building a home, and buying fancy items such as satin pillows, dresses and curtains; he also demands that she read their names on their checks, which sit in her handbag. Each refrain calls Laura out, saying he is aware that she is having an affair with another man. The husband demands to know "what's he got that I ain't got," bemoaning the fact that it "must be something I was born without." Just before each refrain, he warns that he has grown angry and gone crazy as a result of this affair and not knowing why she has turned to another man. In the first verse, he warns that "you took an awful chance to be with another man." The warning before the second refrain turns noticeably darker, warning of violence with the lyric "And if there's time before I pull this trigger." It is not known or stated where the barrel of the gun is targeted — either it is at the singer, who is contemplating suicide; or at Laura, as a direct consequence for her infidelity.

BRING ME SUNSHINE ~ WILLIE NELSON

"Bring Me Sunshine" was the best-known signature of Morecambe & Wise. The duo regularly used the song to close their shows for the BBC in the 1970s. It was written by the composer Arthur Kent, with lyrics by Sylvia Dee. Although the second verse was often performed by an orchestra conducted by Peter Knight over the duo's closing credits, they only ever sang the first verse, the second one being purely instrumental. When Eric Morecambe died in 1984 so closely associated were the pair with the song that it was the title of a tribute show at the London Palladium held in his memory. It was also used for the title of several books about them. It is interesting to note that when Morecambe & Wise defected from the BBC to Thames Television in 1978, directly after their record-breaking Christmas Show the previous year, the signature tune was dropped. It was however used in later installments of their show.Bring Me Sunshine was also a U.S. Country Chart hit for Willie Nelson in 1969, reaching #13 on the U.S. Country chart. It was included in 1974 on the budget compilation album, "Spotlight on Willie."The song is featured in the closing credits of the 2010 film "The Crazies."

THAT CRAZY FEELING ~ KENNY ROGERS

That Crazy Feeling is the the title of a song written by Ray Doggett and recorded by American country music artit Kenny Rogers (then known as Kenneth Rogers). It was released in 1958 as his debut single, first by Cue Records and then picked up by Carlton Records soon after. The song was a major seller in Houston, Texas, Rogers home town, where he was established among the general public as a member of the doo-wop outfit, The Scholars, who had just broken up after several releases.“That Crazy Feeling” was issued with “We’ll Always Have Each Other”, as the b-side, selling well, reaching the top 3 in the local sales charts. The success of the single did earn Rogers an appearance on national TV to promote the single on “American Bandstand” , however, its huge success in Houston was not mirrored elsewhere. However, it was successful enough to be included on a various artists collection issued by Carlton the following year entitled “One Dozen Goldie’s” , and they also issued a follow-up single by Rogers called “I’ve Got A Lot to Learn”. While it did not reach the Billboard magazine national chart, it did chart in the rival publication Cash Box hit list.
