Dion performed "Have a Heart" at the Juno Awards in 1987. She stole the show and thanks to that got bigger budget to create her first English album Unison. English words were written by Billy Steinberg and the song was produced by David Foster, who collaborated with Dion many times later.There was no music video for the song, although the Unison home video contains a live performance of it, recorded at the Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto, Canada.
